The Internet
Connection Wizard appears.
If you followed the Start
-> Programs -> Accessories -> Communications path (1), the following screen
appears:
Select the third option
I want to set up my Internet connection manually, or I want to connect through
a local area network (LAN).
Click the Next
button to continue.
If you chose the Start ->
Run path (2), then the following screen appears:
Select
Connect using my phone line.
Click the Next
button to continue.
Select Create a new dial-up
connection.
Note: If there are no other connections set up in the DUN,
INetWiz will skip this next screen.
Click the Next
button to continue.
Area Code =
Leave this field blank.
Telephone number =
Enter the local access number
for LaunchNet. (This is NOT your telephone number. It's our number in
your area.)
Remove the checkmark from Dial using the area code
and country code.
Click the Advanced
button.
Username =
Enter the username you use to connect to the Internet. Password = Enter your password.
Important:
Passwords are case-sensitive so be careful and make sure that your Caps
Lock key is NOT activated.
Click the Next
button to continue.
Connection name
= You can leave the name as it is or you can change it to something
more descriptive, such as LaunchNet.
You have now successfully
set up a Dial-Up Networking connection.
Click the Next button to set up
your e-mail.
Select the Yes
option to set up
your email account. This will allow you to configure Outlook Express
as your e-mail client.
Note: If you
prefer to not set up an e-mail account now or you do not wish to use Outlook
Express, click "No".
Click the Next
button to continue.

Select the first option
Create a new Internet mail account.
Note: If there
are no existing email accounts in Outlook Express, Inetwiz skips this screen.
Click the Next
button to continue.
Display Name
= Enter your name or a nickname.
Click the Next
button to continue.
E-mail address
= Enter your full e-mail address.
Click the Next
button to continue.
Incoming mail server
