How Do I View the LaunchNet Usage Agreement?

Our home page has a "Terms of Service " link on the bottom of the page. 

Obviously, we do not permit illegal activities through LaunchNet connections. We don't allow "spammers" to send unsolicited mass e-mails inside or outside of our network. We don't allow a single account to be logged into our system more than once at a time. Our user agreement gives us the right to terminate any account engaging in these practices.
